Purchase of a Flux Course can be canceled within 30 days after the date of purchase, for a full refund. After this 30 days period, the purchase becomes non-cancelable and the Fee becomes non-refundable.
Refund may only be granted once, and if Customer purchases again access to any Flux Course for which a refund was received, such purchase shall be non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Cancelation should be made by a written notice, sent to hello@flux-academy.com. Customer’s access to the Services will be terminated immediately upon cancelation.
The Access Term to Flux Courses that were fully paid for, will be at least 5 years from the date of order.
When purchasing some of the Company’s Services, customer will be eligible for 12 months access to some of the company’s subscription based services, such as the Flux Community.
